After our Christmas gathering with the family it was decided to do a weight loss competition that would go until the beginning of April. So, we had our big party to announce the 'losers'. A lot of the family did really well, and made a lot of lifestyle changes. It was really fun to see the results.
My aunt Norma got 1st place, I got 2nd place, and my aunt Sue got 3rd place. Way to go!!
Norma came in first while Bill came in last. He was a good sport about it :) And anyway, we all know he's a healthy guy!
Deana, Norma and I, enjoying time together. We had rare, uninterrupted conversation because none of the little kids were aloud to come. It was really nice to be able to chat, and have fun without the children :)
Nick and Danika also did really well in the competition! We all scoffed at Nick when he said he wanted to do it. Since the competition started he has become an avid runner.

We were so excited that we would have the chance to play games with out the little ones there, but as it turned out we just talked until 10pm! It was kind of sad that no games happened, but we were too busy enjoying each others company!
We, of course had to celebrate with food!!! :)

All of us want to continue the competition, and see where we are in another couple months. Details have not been worked out as far as how we are doing it this time around. Thanks for putting this all together for us Andrea!!
