One of our cousins, Andres, owns a weekend home in a club called Peña Lisa. It is basically a very large gaited community with a golf course, tennis, a lake for using boats, and water skiing. This place is about an hour from where we were in Anapoima, so we went to visit with family for the day.
The sign says that only members, and their guests can enter this area. We each had to give them our passport numbers, and names in order to get in.
The whole area was very well kept up, and beautiful!
Almost everyone had their own golf cart to drive around with in the community. We went for a tour in this golf cart. Peña Lisa is very large, and we drove around for about a 1/2 hour, and went to a little store they have on site for some ice cream.
A huge palm tree we saw on our ride.
Smile Giuliana!
Some golfers, and beyond is the lake
More palm trees.
Everything about this place was so beautiful!
These flowers are at the home of our cousin.
Our lunch being prepared.
Playing Uno in the pool. I have never seen water proof cards before! What a good idea :)

A view of the pool, and the house. The living area and kitchen are all open. There are doors to close it up if it needs to be closed, but I imagine when people are there they remain opened.
Another view of the house.
The palms in front of their house.
We had a really nice time visiting with the family, and experiencing what it must be like to live in a place like that! The only downfall was coming home with a lot of bug bites! I know for next time that I need to wear repellent.

Tough life.
I fear you will be spoiled rotten when you get home.
Please spend some time in the kitchen will Susana, you will regret it if you come home not knowing how to make some of the dishes.
