Jenfred Blomquist was a very faithful man who died back in 2004 at the age of 92. He was like a grandpa to me as I was growing up. He loved to garden, and had a greenhouse all year. He held onto one of the last places in Beaverton, OR with acreage. His place was sold, and now it is a new sub division. The developers said they would name it after him. Just this last week, the sign was finally put in! It brought me to tears as I drove by and noticed it there! It has lights inside, so when it's done it will look really nice all lit up! I'm sure his wife is very pleased with this memorial to him!
